What We're Looking For
Strong command over business communication and the ability to structure, design, and deliver impactful Strong coding skills in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.).
Front end experience (React, Next.js, etc.) is a bonus, not mandatory.
Experience with APIs, databases, version control, and cloud deployments.
Comfort working solo or in small teamsautonomy is key.
Understanding of AI/ML systems or willingness to dive in and learn.
Clear communication and a bias for action.
