Job Description

Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language. (Java, Go, Rust).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.
Should have understanding and worked over reactive programming.
Experience with microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Scylla, etc.).
Experience with streaming/queueing systems like Kafka.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Good grasp of observability (metrics, logging, tracing) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in comp
lex distributed systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
