Novac is currently hiring for Backend Developer.

Industry/ Domain: eLearning/ edtech & Learning/ Immersive Technology

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and implementing the scalable, secure, and resilient microservices architecture that powers the platform. This includes building the core workflow orchestration engine, the API Gateway, multi-tenant authentication systems, and the various CRUD APIs for managing agents, workflows, and other platform entities.

• Design and implement microservices for workflow orchestration and agent management
• Build secure, scalable APIs using REST and gRPC
• Develop multi-tenant authentication and authorization systems
• Optimize database performance and caching strategies
• Ensure containerized deployment and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery

Required Skillsets

• Expert in Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#
• Microservice Architecture & Design Patterns
• API Design: REST, gRPC
• Databases: PostgreSQL (relational), Redis (caching), MongodB
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Workflow Modeling: BPMN, state machines, event-driven systems
