Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance
- AI Search Implementation: Develop and integrate AI-powered search functionality to enhance system intelligence and efficiency
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases to ensure fast, reliable data access and storage
- API Integration: Build and maintain API integrations with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps API) to extend platform functionality
- Continuous Integration & Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing processes
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product owners, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, stable software solutions
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate test coverage
Qualification and requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Proven experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., Google Maps, payment gateways, etc.)
- Experience in AZURE and Microsoft AI production tool
- Familiarity with AI search frameworks or libraries (e.g., Elasticsearch, OpenAI API, or similar)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
