Back End Developer

We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs that power our products. You'll work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Integrate third-party services and internal tools.

Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with frontend developers to define API contracts and deliver seamless user experiences.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality.

Contribute to technical documentation and architectural discussions.

Stay updated on backend technologies and propose improvements.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or Software Engineer.

Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks: Node.js / Express, Python / Django / FastAPI, Java / Spring Boot, or Go.

Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS).

Exposure to serverless architectures or event-driven systems.

Knowledge of authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT).

Familiarity with modern observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
