About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in staffing, recruitment, or recruitment technology/job boards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle, from client identification and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Pitch and present our staffing and recruitment solutions to key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within staffing, recruitment, or related industries (job boards, HR tech, recruitment SaaS, etc.).
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level executives and build strategic client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of recruitment/staffing sales cycles.
- Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram.
