**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with clients, building long-lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services to businesses in need of top talent.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Prospect and Generate Leads:** Identify and research potential clients within the B2B sector. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- **Consultative Selling:** Develop a deep understanding of clients recruitment needs and challenges. Tailor our services to address their specific requirements and pain points. Provide consultative guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships:** Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Serve as a reliable and responsive point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support.
- **Manage Sales Cycle:** Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams:** Work closely with our recruitment consultants and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Provide regular updates on client feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform our recruiting strategies.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Continuously track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
- **Stay Current on Industry Trends:** Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the recruitment landscape. Leverage industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our services in the market.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related service-oriented sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales prospecting and relationship building.
