Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve revenue targets through B2B sales of Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
  • Drive Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) in both new and existing accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Airtel solutions to expand business with current clients.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction across all product lines.
  • Maintain and expand a strong sales funnel through continuous business development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients as the single point of contact.
  • Close high-value deals/contracts through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate internally to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Monitor territory performance and take corrective actions to meet business objectives.
