Job Summary:

Skylane Solutions is hiring a B2B Lead Generator for IT Services to identify and connect with potential international clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach

• Identify decision-makers and business opportunities in international markets

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

• Maintain lead database and CRM records

• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships

• Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / IT sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools

• Hands-on experience in cold calling and appointment setting

• Comfortable working in US night shifts

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
