Azure Infrastructure enterprise level projects that design and deploy cloud environments for hosting business application services
Working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design
Designing, testing, and implementing application services migrations in an automated manner
Working closely with operational resources in updating current on-premise practices to include cloud
Develop POC when required
Provide expertise and leadership regarding solutions for infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure
Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple streams
Develop technical roadmaps for future azure implementations
Ensures security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions
Azure Functions

Education
Current professional industry certification Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
Experience/Background
Experience designing and working with Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions
Passion for continuous improvement and a sense of ownership of Cloud technology solutions
Strong understanding of Cloud native architecture principles
Modern architecture techniques (e.g. event driven architectures, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS)
In-depth experience architecting complex Azure Cloud platform solutions (Paas, SaaS, IaaS)
Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments
Experience creating and utilizing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment
Strong coding skills in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Json, and Javascript are desirable
Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service, exceptional technical resolution and problem solving skills
