Description
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring efficient data processing and storage.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
- Work with large datasets and perform data ingestion, transformation, and storage tasks.
- Collaborate with data architects and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data processes for performance and reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Databricks.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Familiarity with data modeling and schema design.
- Understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
