Our client is looking for a Head of Business Operations to lead execution across our business lines, scale operational excellence, and build strong processes and teams across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the leadership team to define and execute the company's growth strategy across online and offline channels.
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans with measurable outcomes and timelines.
- Drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, and field operations teams for seamless execution.
2. Business Operations & Process Excellence
- Design, implement, and optimize operational frameworks to ensure efficiency, scalability, and customer delight.
- Build SOPs and playbooks for end-to-end offline execution from partner onboarding, service delivery, to customer experience.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to operationalize new initiatives, product launches, and customer journeys.
- Build and mentor high-performing regional/cluster operations teams with a focus on accountability and ownership.
4. Offline Operations Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of offline interventions
- Own P&L accountability for the offline business driving throughput, unit economics, and customer retention.
5. Growth Enablement
- Identify and lead special projects to unlock new business opportunities or improve efficiency at scale.
- Drive experimentation and innovation in operational models, including technology adoption for field operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1015 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or general management roles within consumer tech, retail, healthtech, auto-tech, mobility, or D2C sectors.
- Strong background in scaling hybrid (online + offline) models and managing distributed teams.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operations with measurable business impact.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong people leadership with experience in building and mentoring multi-layered teams.
- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school
