Employ by Sparklehood has partnered with a Digital Marketing Agency for the role of VP - Sales

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies for market growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players.

Lead and mentor the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.

Key Performance Indicators:

Percentage increase in market revenue.

Number of new strategic partnerships established.

Client acquisition rate.

Success rate of partnerships in driving business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of the advertising industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Compensation: 35 LPA
