Lead and mentor the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
Key Performance Indicators:
Percentage increase in market revenue.
Number of new strategic partnerships established.
Client acquisition rate.
Success rate of partnerships in driving business growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of the advertising industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
