Role Overview

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head its Corporate Finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, capital planning, fundraising initiatives, treasury management, investment decisions, IPO readiness, financial governance, and strategic business partnering.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting business expansion, optimizing capital allocation, strengthening investor confidence, and ensuring robust financial controls across the organization. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate finance, investment management, and financial transformation

Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO, CHRO, CTO, business heads, and Board to provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Lead annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Drive profitability enhancement initiatives through financial analysis and business performance reviews.

Corporate Finance & Investment Management (Mandatory)

  • Lead investment planning, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
  • Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures through detailed financial due diligence.
  • Develop business valuation models and investment recommendations.
  • Monitor investment performance and optimize returns while mitigating financial risks.

Fund Raising & Capital Management (Mandatory)

  • Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and strategic investors.
  • Structure financing arrangements, negotiate lending terms, and optimize capital structure.
  • Oversee working capital financing, term loans, project financing, and treasury relationships.

IPO Readiness & Capital Market Strategy (Mandatory)

  • Drive IPO planning and organizational readiness.
  • Coordinate with investment bankers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead preparation of financial information and documentation for public listing.
  • Ensure governance frameworks comply with SEBI and applicable listing regulations.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

  • Lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, and cash flow management.
  • Optimize working capital and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.
  • Develop funding strategies and cash flow forecasting models.
  • Oversee banking operations and treasury risk management.

Financial Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, SEZ regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Lead statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
  • Strengthen enterprise-wide financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Drive adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Business Analytics

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Present financial performance, MIS dashboards, and strategic insights to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Drive financial analytics to support key business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity of financial reporting.

Digital Finance Transformation

  • Lead ERP optimization, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Standardize finance processes and improve operational efficiencies through technology.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, analytics, and governance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate with investors, lenders, auditors, consultants, regulators, and business leaders.
  • Represent the finance function in Board meetings, Audit Committee discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Management, Fund Raising, and Financial Leadership.
  • Proven experience leading finance functions in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Investment Management, Debt & Equity Fund Raising, and IPO Readiness/Execution is mandatory.
  • Experience in IT Services, Cloud, AI, Data Centre, Telecom, Infrastructure, or Technology organizations will be highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
