Role Description

We are looking for a Showroom Manager (Sales+Service) for our upcoming EV 2 wheeler dealership. The Sales and Service Manager will set processes, oversee daily sales operations, manage customer relationships, and ensure the seamless coordination between sales and service teams. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing service quality, addressing customer inquiries and leads, overseeing documentation and leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager/Executive for an Automotive Dealership
• Skills in Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Kannada, English and Hindi
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools or relevant dealer management software is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
