Responsibilities
- Site commissioning in line with project schedule allotted
- Drive configuration testing.
- Establish interface between PLC IT, PLC-PLC 3rd party/ boughtout solutions.
- System Integrated trails.
- PLC program configuration changes as per min guidance from HO team.
- System operational maintenance training to customer internal service
- Smooth system handover to customer internal service
- Maintain document daily work progress report.
- As built project documentation.
- Automation commissioning documentation
- Maintain records of above documents.
- Snag list resolution support
- PLC Program development testing

- Minimum 5yrs of experience in the field of Industrial/ Machine
- Hands-on experience of Siemens TIA portal/ Rockwell Studio 5000 software for PLC HMI programming and troubleshooting
Preferred
min. 2-years of experience in the field of material handling solution

- Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Commissioning troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, Ethernet/IP, etc.
- Knowledge of configuring, commissioning troubleshooting of VFD s.
- Knowledge of Interface with 3rd party via TCP/IP, S7 communication, OPC-UA, etc.
- Siemens Rockwell PLC to PLC communication.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Customer oriented approach.
