Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Audit Manager. The Audit Manager will oversee financial audits, review and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing audit engagements, leading audit teams, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to improve financial processes. Additional duties include facilitating client communication and staying current with auditing and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting
- Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits with attention to regulatory compliance
- Advanced Analytical Skills for identifying risks and optimizing financial processes
- Ability to lead and mentor audit teams, with strong organizational and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Professional certification such as CA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Experience in managing large-scale audits or diverse portfolios is an advantage
