PositionOverview:

Weare seeking an experienced Telecom Business Analyst / Data modeler with strongexpertise in business workshops, requirements gathering, and data modeling.

Responsibilities:

. Conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussionsto elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

. Translate business requirements into functional andtechnical specifications, collaborating with business users, architects, anddevelopment teams.

. Creation of User stories and functional specifications

. Design and validate conceptual, logical, and physicaldata models

. Creation of E2E data maps for lineage

. Experience in Work with OSS/BSS platforms to supporttelecom transformation initiatives.

. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews,and UAT support.

Skillset:

. Strong understanding of telecom business processes andoperations.

. Experience across OSS/BSS ecosystems, like Netcracker,Amdocs.

. Data Modeling - Conceptual Data Modeling, Logical Data Modeling, Physical Data Modeling,Data mapping and lineage

. Experience with ER diagrams and data architectureframeworks.

. Usage of Data Modeling tools like Erwin

. Must have experience in new data warehouse or datalake platform

. Experience in Cloud platforms, ETL tools, strong SQLknowledge

. Understanding of AI use cases in telecom and businesstransformation.

. Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement analysis,documentation, automation, and productivity improvements.

. Excellent communication skills

Eligibility:You are an IT professional with a minimum of 12+years of experience, and minimum

5+ years in telecom domain.
