Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a high-performing & passionate Sales Manager to help us meet our customer

acquisition and revenue growth targets. He/She will be responsible to travel frequently all over India

especially Southern states to promote our products & generate more sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Sales, marketing & promotion of our traffic markings paint division as well as road marking paint application equipment. Call /Email customers, Fix a meeting /arrange samples for customers, sending offers, follow-ups

 Travelling across the southern part of India / all across India for sales and promotion of our products.

 Design and implement a strategic business plan and forecast sales that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

 Identify potential customers with the help of associations, contacts, exhibitions, making sales calls / meeting clients / follow-ups.

 Identify new areas of business for the organization and make plans for further growth and reporting to the Head of department and director about the sales plan, performance and targets achieved.

 Achieving sales targets effectively and enhancing company's growth Generate new leads and handling customer's accounts and ensuring timely payments from

them. Addressing their complaints/grievances, if any in the most efficient and effective manner and bringing proper closure of such issues.

 Devising new ways of promoting sale of road marking equipment's and paints and travelling across India for its effective marketing & sales

 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

 Preparing & submitting meeting reports

 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

 Participate / Attend Seminars /exhibitions and develop contacts for enhancing the business

 Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

 Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

 Strong business sense and paint industry expertise

 Excellent convincing and people management skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Graduation

 Diploma/MBA in Marketing / Sales

PREFERENCES:

 Road Marking Paint Industry & related knowledge

 5-6 years experience in sales and preferably to road marking / allied sector

 Language efficiency in English, Hindi

 Ready to travel frequently in all states.
