Job Description

To support the TFL HR Head for achieving the Targets and implementing the strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation, Employee Engagement, and query redressal.

Workforce Planning & Recruitment:

  • To implement the manpower requirements of the project from the S4 in consultation with the Planning Manager, Project Leadership Team and Resources.
  • Comply with all recruitment processes as specified by the various Manuals and guidelines including ISO and other audit requirements.
  • Responsible for coordinating interviews, selectionsand communication to the respective Talent Acquisition Managers and Leaders.
  • Ensure the documents are properly checked on PeopleStrong for smooth onboarding and personal folder preparation.
  • Participate in lateral / campus - recruitment drives and job fairs as per the project / business needs organized by the SBG / IC / DC / CHR.

Onboarding:

  • .Ensure onboarding of employees through PeopleStrong and also to monitor new employees comfort with regular follow up with new joinees on settling down.
  • Ensure all Post Joining activities are completed by employees.
  • To support the TFL HR Head for 100% Induction/Orientation of all new lateral recruits.
  • Responsible for handing over the Joining documents as per ISO guidelines (EAF / Offer Letter / Nominations/ Education & Experience certificates / Code of conduct etc.) to HQ TA - Managers on the date of joining.

HRIS

  • Ensure communication on recruitment progress, staff mobilization status report (weekly/monthly/quarterly) as and when required.
  • Impart training to employees for New HR digital applications like SAP-SF, EIP-4.0, PeopleStrong, RAPL, ATL etc. Resolve queries related to digital application issues.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Full Time Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from recognized institutes.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven track record of creating significant impact in Indian / Multinational Organizations.
