Job Title: Asst. manager / Dy Manager - Engine Auxiliary System Testing
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B. E / B. Tech (Mechanical / Automobile /Mechatronics Engineering)
Experience, : 4 -12 Years
Age Limit, 22- 32 Years
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Role:
Stress measurement and data analysis of Exhaust system, Engine mountings and other powertrain aux. parts for reliability evaluation. Displacement and acceleration measurement in vehicle for reliability as well as different NVH case analysis. Root cause analysis for solving various quality and reliability problems. Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of reliability tests for ICE, hybrid and EV powertrain auxiliary parts . Testing data analysis, result compilation, report preparation and presentations. Analysis and resolution of quality issues. Execution of advance projects and studies for improving quality. Summarization of findings along with objective evaluation of counter-measure effectiveness. Develop and implement improvements to testing processes and procedures. Working in dynamic team for coordination with Engine testing, vehicle testing, production, supply chain, quality etc. Planning and procurement of testing items according to needs.
Competency Requirements
Technical/ Functional :
Relevant work experience in Engine/vehicle reliability testing or vehicle NVH testing Basic knowhow of Engine parts & sub systems. Model Development Process / Timelines, Engine Validation /Testing, Open Point Tracking / Resolution / Closure Understanding of New Model Development Processes Know-how of operation of strain gauge, accelerometer, mic, linear encoder and data analysis with Glyphworks/LMS/Excels. CAD software awareness to check DMU or make basic jig/fixture models will be added advantage. IC Engines / Emerging Trends in Powertrain Technologies Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment as well as be self-motivated for independent work. Flexibility in handling multiple projects and changing priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills Behavioral: Communication & presentation skills, Problem solving skills, Achievement oriented, Team player, Learnability, Networking skills
