  1. QA Automation Leadership:

    • Spearhead the QA automation strategy, leveraging 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and executing automated tests.
    • Innovate and lead the development of advanced automation frameworks to elevate our testing capabilities.

  1. Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

    • Work closely with remote development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
    • Mentor and guide QA team members, sharing deep insights into automation best practices and methodologies.

  1. Results Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze and interpret automated test results, providing strategic insights to the project team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manual testers and stakeholders, to ensure a comprehensive QA approach.

  1. Artifact Management:

    • Oversee the maintenance and evolution of automation scripts and testing artifacts in alignment with dynamic project requirements.

  1. Test Data Management:

    • Utilize advanced queries to create and manage test data, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness for automated tests.

  1. Automation Framework Development:

    • Take a leadership role in developing and enhancing sophisticated automation framework modules, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing requirements.

  1. Quality Assurance Strategy:

    • Define and execute a comprehensive QA automation strategy that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  1. Process Optimization:

    • Continuously optimize QA processes, particularly in the context of agile methodologies and remote team collaboration.


  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 8 years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on automation.
  • Proven experience developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • In-depth understanding of the SDLC and QA methodologies, including test planning.
  • Expertise in collaborating with remote development teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Knowledge of web-based technology architecture, data structures, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in C#, Java, and/or scripting languages.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and environments.
  • Strong database skills and the ability to manage test data effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills for a thorough analysis of system requirements and test scenarios.
