The Impact you will be making
In this high impact role, you will be the frontline functional analyst supporting post-go-live accounts in Demand Planning, Replenishment, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and Inventory Management Solutions You own ticket triage, data validation, configuration support, and customer communication— ensuring rapid resolution, accurate workflows, and smooth daily operations of Impact Analytics Agentic AI platform.
What This Role Entails
2–5 years in functional support / business analysis for supply chain SaaS (Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, Manhattan Associates, Anaplan, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Demand, Replenishment, Distribution Requirement Planning, or Inventory modules
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Rust and Excel
- Proven ability to manage 50+ tickets/month with > 90 % SLA
- Bachelor's in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Exposure to cloud SaaS support (AWS/GCP monitoring, log analysis)
- Familiarity with AI-driven planning outputs (forecast explain ability, anomaly detection)
- Certification: Supply Chain Planning Certifications on Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis or similar products
- Clear written & verbal communicator – customer emails, ticket notes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Team player eager to learn from seniors and contribute to process improvement
What Lands You In This Role
Ticket Triage & Resolution
- Own inbound technical and functional tickets via internal customer ticketing system (data errors, forecast anomalies, replenishment misfires, DRP exceptions)
- Perform root-cause analysis using logs, SQL queries, and AI-agent audit trails
- Resolve 70 %+ of tickets at L1; escalate cleanly to Senior Consultant with full context R
Configuration & Change Support
- Execute pre-approved configuration changes (safety stock rules, lead-time updates, ABC/XYZ classification)
- Validate data loads (POS, inventory, shipments) and flag anomalies before AI processing
- Support UAT for minor change requests under Senior Consultant guidance
Customer Communication
- Provide daily ticket updates and weekly status summaries to customer planners
- Host functional walkthroughs during onboarding of new usersH
- Document resolution steps in KB for reuse and training
Continuous Learning & Contribution
- Complete Impact Analytics Agentic AI Certification within 90 days
- Shadow Senior Consultants on QBR prep and value tracking
- Contribute to regression test packs and runbooks
