Overview

An Associate in the Strategy department has a multi-faceted role which includes performing extensive analytics on client data, working on various strategic projects, monitoring and tracking client details while working closely with the team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and other internal stakeholders. This role offers a steep learning curve and a detailed understanding of the global financial services industry and service delivery models. It also provides hands-on experience of working with senior management.

Key Role Expectations

  • Serving as an integral part of the management team to support the creation of value by identifying opportunities and providing critical information and analysis to make superior operating and strategic decisions
  • Assisting Department HODs in building & auditing department budgets & tracking variance
  • Partnering with Senior Management on firm-wide strategic initiatives by conducting financial, operational, and strategic analysis and developing supporting models
  • Periodic reporting to Senior Management on strategic KPIs, project status, and budget performance
  • Analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators
  • Working with various departments to streamline processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Functioning as an independent contributor while proactively integrating technology, AI, and automation into day-to-day work streams to drive efficiency and scalability
