As a Litigation Reporting Associate in our Litigation Reporting team supporting the Legal CFO and Litigation Finance and Business Management, you will spend each day delivering strategic analysis, process transformation, and innovative reporting for senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for enabling Practice Group Heads with business intelligence by leveraging modern analytics and automation-reducing manual trackers, streamlining workflows, and improving decision-ready reporting. You will also apply AI-enabled tools and technologies by enhancing Alteryx workflows, building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, and developing SQL queries to strengthen and scale our reporting capabilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data, leveraging modern technologies such as Databricks, SQL, and Alteryx
  • Use Agentic AI tools like LLM Suite and Copilot to automate workflows based on client's requirements
  • Manage database querying, including writing SQL queries and integrating data from various sources to create unified reports
  • Apply best practices in data visualization and advanced analytics, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user-friendly dashboards
  • Obtain feedback on dashboard iterations and incorporate feedback through continuous enhancements
  • Design, develop, and maintain Litigation reporting processes by providing caseload reporting, manage RFP requests, analyze external vendor spend, volume and related metrics
  • Regularly interact with senior management and legal counsels across Litigation
  • Collaborate with data quality and technology teams to enhance LitHub and to reengineer Litigation team processes
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, assisting with special initiatives and cross-team collaboration as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience in data analytics for Business, Finance, or other related areas
  • Proficiency in Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and profit & loss (P&L) concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude and leads by example and prioritizes team development
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent
  • Detail-oriented, able to distinguish between important and urgent tasks

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models, Agentic AI, ThoughtSpot, or Sigma will be an added advantage
