Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in building scalable web applications and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and usability.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or SQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
