Skills:

• Highly organized.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to enforce a workflow and understand when to escalate when input is needed..
• Software consulting or implementation or support experience.
• Experience working with a global team.

Tasks:

• Coordinate internal pre and post client calls to debrief on the goals, objectives, agenda, and deliverables of the call..
• Pulls in SMEs based on skills matrix.
• Attend client calls to observe and document the discussion..
• Create drafts of project initiation and solution design documents.
• Maintains the standard library (Word + Sharepoint).
• Monitor and qualify the intake of new opportunities.
• Interact with sales team members to get better understanding of upcoming opportunity (Salesforce).
• Review queue of outstanding opportunities to ensure an accurate status is provided.
• Audit the tickets to ensure the appropriate documentation is included (JIRA).
• Review content and provide status reports to stakeholders (PowerBI).
• Monitor KPIs and alert when actions are required..

Requirements:

• Shift UK mandatory, US Preferred.
