This role focuses on engineering our next-generation AI tools and delivering advanced database development to support custom client requests, while safely promoting customized code from sandbox to production. In this position, you will build and optimize complex database solutions for our product while directly contributing to the architecture, development, and deployment of our internal agent-based AI systems.
You'll Get To:
- Design, build, and maintain our internal agent-based AI solutions.
- Provide database solutions based on technical documents and business requirements, focusing on complex SQL queries and robust stored procedure development.
- Analyze, manage, and execute the migration of code from sandbox environments to production, while troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the deployment process.
- Offer strategic recommendations to bridge system performance gaps and optimize configurations to increase efficiency and align with industry best practices.
- Perform other technical tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Good understanding of agentic architecture and large language models (LLMs), including effective prompt engineering and parameter tuning.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications and agent-based solutions using frameworks such as the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Anthropic Claude SDK, LangChain, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Proficiency in Python (reading, writing, and debugging) combined with a proven capability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, internal AI assistants) to accelerate and streamline software development and testing workflows.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle PL/SQL in high-transaction environments.
- Expertise in designing complex queries and robust stored procedures, supported by a deep understanding of relational database internals, index structures, and proactive SQL performance tuning to ensure scalability.
- Working knowledge of Git, a strong troubleshooting and error-handling mindset, and strict security awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
