Loan Operations (AFS/ LaserPro)- Associate/ Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager - Loan Operations (US Shift- 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM, Work from office)
Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and project management for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities
- Loan Closing & Documentation
- Generate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserPro
- Review signed documentation and validate loan closing items.
- Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.
- Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.
- Loan Funding & Boarding
- Perform loan boarding/booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system AFS Vision
- Execute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.
- Post-Closing & Compliance
- Maintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.
- Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials etc.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years experience in Commercial deal closing function, closing document preparation and review across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans
- Understandingof Lending lifecyclewith excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, Security agreements and other loan documents
- Excellent knowledge in Finastra LaserPro and AFSvision
- Good Understanding of loan documentation, closing procedures, and core banking systems.
- Good understanding of Project Management principles
- Excellent written and strong business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Client Management skills
- Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
