Acquire customers for Demat and Trading Account and generate revenue through brokerage.
Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products such as mutual funds
Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell
Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements And Skills
Graduation / MBA degree
Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales
Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
