Role Description
As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, understanding client needs, cross-selling financial products, resolving client queries, and ensuring an exceptional banking experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure compliance with bank policies. This is a full-time on-site role based in Junagadh, requiring daily interaction with clients and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in financial products, customer service, and consultative sales
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for providing tailored financial solutions
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in retail or corporate banking is an advantage
- Knowledge of banking compliance and regulations is a plus
