Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Warranty Claims Processing:

  • Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by vessels. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of warranty claims, tracking product details, vendors, and resolution status. Regularly update records to reflect claim progress.

Customer Communication:

  • Liaise with vendors and service centers regarding claim status. Provide clear, professional communication and assist with inquiries.

Warranty Analysis Support:

  • Collaborate with the Warranty Manager to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements for product reliability.

Policy Compliance:

  • Ensure all claims comply with company warranty policies. Assist in reviewing and updating policy documentation.

Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed reports on claim metrics including resolution times, costs, and trends. Share regular updates with management.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree inMarine EngineeringorMechanical Engineering(mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, especiallyExcelandWord.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures (preferred but not required).
