Job Description – Associate Program Manager

Role: Associate Program Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: PAN India (Willingness to relocate required)

Qualifications preferred:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges preferred)

● 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Product, Consulting or a similar role.

● Exposure to cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management and process improvement initiatives. Understanding of India's political and governance landscape is an added advantage.

As an Associate Program Manager, you'll work on high-priority, fast-paced projects that demand strong execution, analytical thinking and stakeholder management. Acting as the bridge between on-ground teams and central leadership, you'll drive seamless coordination, keep projects on track and deliver meaningful outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Plan & Organize:

● Turn ambitious plans into structured, actionable project roadmaps.

● Keep project documentation, trackers and reports organized so everyone stays aligned.

● Bring clarity to complex initiatives through thoughtful planning and coordination.

Drive Execution:

● Keep projects moving by coordinating teams, removing roadblocks and driving timely execution.

● Track milestones, follow up on key action items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

● Anticipate risks early and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.

Collaborate & Coordinate:

● Bring cross-functional teams together to deliver high-impact initiatives seamlessly.

● Act as the link between on-ground teams and leadership, ensuring smooth communication and faster decision-making.

● Build strong stakeholder relationships and turn collaboration into execution.

Review & Improve:

● Measure project outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and turn insights into action.

● Lead project reviews to capture key learnings and strengthen future execution.

● Continuously refine processes to make teams more efficient and projects more successful.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience & Skills:

● 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.

● Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Hindi and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and projects moving.

● Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Technical Knowledge:

● Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting and data analysis.

● Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and understanding technology-driven projects.

● Ability to create clear documentation, reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
