Role Overview

We're looking for a customer-facing product marketing professional who excels at creating technical content that drives product adoption and self-service. You'll create user documentation, product demo videos, feature tutorials, and enablement materials that help customers get maximum value from our platform. B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred. As you grow in this role, you'll contribute to product releases and go-to-market activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality customer-facing content including user guides, how-to documentation, product videos, and self-service tutorials
  • Develop product demo videos and feature walkthroughs that enable customer self-service
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand features and identify content gaps
  • Support product launches with release notes, announcements, and feature adoption content
  • Maintain and update knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Measure content effectiveness through engagement metrics and customer feedback
  • Work with Sales Enablement to create resources that communicate product value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years in Technical Writing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Customer Enablement roles; B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience strongly preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience creating or strong willingness to learn product video content (demos, tutorials)
  • Understanding of SEO industry, search marketing, or digital marketing analytics strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with documentation and content tools (Microsoft Office, Markdown, video tools like Loom/Camtasia)
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills

  • Product related Video editing/production experience
  • Familiarity with product analytics and content performance measurement
  • Previous exposure to product launches or release communications
  • Knowledge of MarTech platforms
  • Passion for AI and emerging search technologies
