• You have 2+ years of experience in delivering and scaling highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with stellar design taste, creativity, and product instincts. | Top Talent in every role
• You are steady under pressure in a fast-paced environment, capable of quickly and clearly prioritizing both your time and that of your organization and finding creative ways to get things done | Top Talent in every role

• Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction
• Planning & Operations Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of features and initiatives aimed at improving product metrics and overall user experience
• Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and the overarching product strategy
• Optimization Continuously optimize user journeys to enhance user engagement and overall product value
• Product Execution Write clear and actionable product specifications, and effectively communicate ideas to the team for implementation
• Analytical Skills Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, especially for product launches. Based on this, identify areas of improvement and implementation strategies to address them effectively
• Innovation Establish processes for continuous improvement, encouraging teams to seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance the product
• Product Operations Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring timely updates and improvements. Coordinate with operations teams to streamline processes and enhance product efficiency
• User Feedback Integration Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improve overall user satisfaction. Implement changes based on feedback to continuously evolve the product
• Performance Reporting Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance and user engagement. Present findings and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
