This position reports to

R&D Technology Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid. This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation team in Bangalore region. You will be mainly accountable for: . Assures that solutions confirm to specific purpose as well as closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions. . Able to find out the problem in existing Architecture and provide solutions for overcoming them in the Maintenance/legacy projects. . Influences changes to standards when necessary. . Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios. . Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. . Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. . Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. . Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in in .NET framework, .NET 6, MS SQL, C#, Entity framework, MVVM pattern, React.Js. 3 years of hands-on experience in solution & technical architecture with minimum 10 to 14 years of experience.
• Must have experience in some of the following skillset in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end languages, JS-based tools including Jasmin, Bower, Grunt and Gulp. Should have experience in developing at least one application as a full
• stack developer, with Message Queue system like RabbitMQ.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience excellent troubleshooting skills at module, product & system levels using any of the tools like DebugDiag, WinDbg ( system internal tools ) with Hands-on Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure).
• Experience in creating High level design documentation for product
• You are passionate about lead others to get the most out of the team as a whole.
• Degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
• You should hold India specific Visa and work permit.
