ROLES:

u00B7 To process payroll and HRIS tasks/activities by meeting the obligations such as TAT & accuracy levels as specified.

u00B7 To provide an effective and efficient payroll and/or HRIS service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employeesu2019 salaries.

u00B7 Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty.

u00B7 To proactively seek learning opportunities to develop and maintain good knowledge of LNGA's systems, clients and workflow and processing procedures.

u00B7 To take an active part in promoting your own training and development in all areas.

u00B7 To own and manage the quality and accuracy of operational task of the team.

u00B7 To support and help facilitate 100% SLA attainment for the team through effective WFM.

u00B7 Be a SPOC to the clients (Internal / External)

u00B7 Be the Innovation champion for the process and team.
