Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Associate - Operations. The Associate - Operations will handle day-to-day operational tasks, supporting investment processes, and ensuring efficient project execution. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor operational workflows, and contribute to process improvement efforts. The position also includes responsibilities in sales support and communication with clients to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in operations management and project management for effective process optimization
  • Sales support skills, with the ability to contribute to client relationship management and business development
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for workflow management; experience in financial services is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a relevant field is preferred
