Job Summary: Warranty Operations
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate situations end to end from all over the world and provide explanations that require expertise and in-depth knowledge of warranty processes and policies.
- Manage day-to-day daily operations of the warranty claims processing team
- Demonstrate accountability for managing key KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolve team`s complex queries on claims validation of warranty claims based on technical knowledge of the commercial automotive & its sub-components.
- Perform process/control plan audits for warranty corrective actions and best practices to ensure status is captured and reported with well-defined corrective action plans taken to closure.
- Ensure all warranty mitigation and improvement corrective actions are properly documented and verified (evidence of revised documents or on-site reviews)
- Coordinate the creation of monthly reports/data collection to improve warranty performance while driving continuous improvement programs (quality incentive programs, quality improvement meetings, etc.)
- Perform process/control plan audits for warranty corrective actions and best practices to ensure status is capture and reported with well-defined corrective action plans taken to closure.
- Support internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure common and accepted safety protocols for the quality group are implemented as needed and compliance is maintained
- Support and perform other duties/projects as assigned
Required Skills:
- Experience in Automotive sector
- Knowledge of Automotive components & warranty related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in automotive or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Experienced in working in various warranty management applications such as SAP
- Team Handeling Experience Mandatory
- Good Interpersonal & communication Skills
- Computer knowledge with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Education/Experience/Skills:
Work Experience: 7 - 9 years of experience with at least 5 year's experience in warranty and service industry, Minimum 5 Years of experience in Team Handeling.
