What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting process
  • Maintain TA dashboards, track metrics, and share insights.
  • Create & update recruitment playbooks that guide hiring best practices.
  • Ensure our hiring process is fair, valid, and high-quality.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate coordination & interviews.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates.
  • Identify bottlenecks find smart solutions.
  • Drive special projects that make an impact.

Sounds Like You

  • Full-time degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills.
  • Eye for spotting process inefficiencies & suggesting improvements.
  • Strong competitive analysis & data skills.

You will be helping us build our dedicated tech platform while serving fintech clients.
