HR Data Analyst

Location: SMILES 3, Bengaluru

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing HR data and creating insightful dashboards to support workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as predictive analytics. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of people practices to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced analytics to support DEI initiatives and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and people practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of people practices and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Experience with MySQL and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including experience with Python for data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decision-making in HR.
