Making an impact. What will you do
- In this role you will be responsible for meeting onsite customer requirements and liquid requirements for the merchant market- using visual observation via field round, process data analysis and trending and other method.
- Further, you will be responsible for optimization of plant operation process using productivity tools ensuring lowest cost of production.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting in cases of process related problem/process disturbances and taking necessary action whenever required.
- Furthermore, you will support in sustaining QMS certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 1800) in carrying out the required action as per standard applicable area.
- Moreover, you are in charge for updating P&ID / SWD documents, Root Cause Analysis, making purchases for materials, assets and service, supporting the execution of the modifications from Alerts, LFRE and directives, updating and maintaining as-built drawings.
- Ensuring compliance to local regulations and necessary approvals/licenses is a part of your responsibility.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with four to seven (4 -7) years experience in a related process plant operation & process control maintenance or engineering role.
