Overview

The In-Store Transformation Analyst is responsible for leading the MCOE In-Store Transformation team and managing Salesforce reporting, project tracking, invoice processing, and data governance. This role partners with project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting while developing dashboards and insights through Salesforce, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable to oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring accurate data capture, tracking, and closure within defined SLAs.
  • Accountable to coordinate proactively with vendors to secure timely invoice submissions and reduce processing delays.
  • Accountable to monitor and follow up on project and invoice reports, providing visibility, timely updates, and effective issue resolution.
  • Accountable to track and report purchase order summaries to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Accountable to execute date modifications, cancellations, and expediting requests with minimal disruption to operations and cost.
  • Accountable to deliver precise project and invoice information while efficiently resolving related queries.
  • Accountable to prepare and maintain national reset calendar and invoice scorecard dashboard, ensuring data integrity for planning and decision-making.
  • Accountable to identify and resolve hotline tool issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • +6 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
  • Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master's degree.
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, reporting tools, and internal systems
