Overview
Highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) role. The candidate will partner cross-functionally with Supply Planners, Site Finance, Sector Planning, BU SCF, and other key business stakeholders to support volume allocation, NPD benchmarking, AOP processes, cost card validation, and other financial analyses that enable effective decision-making across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Finance Support
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Site Finance, Sector Planning, and BU SCF teams to deliver accurate financial insights and support operational decisions.
- Lead and support volume allocation analysis and alignment across functions.
- Drive NPD (New Product Development) benchmarking, including cost modelling and financial scenario evaluation.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, budgeting cycles
- Conduct detailed P&L analysis, variance analysis, and profitability reviews for supply chain operations.
- Prepare and validate cost cards in coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Present financial findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of supply chain finance activities.
Qualifications
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA Finance (or equivalent).
- Experience: Strong background in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Budgeting/Forecasting, or P&L management.
- Skills:
- Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (must), financial systems, and analytical tools (ERP/SAP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
