Associate Lead Consultant - SAP PP/QM Job

We are looking forward to hireSAP PP/QM Professionals in the following areas :

• Minimum 10-12years of relevant experience in SAP PP/ QM with good analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Should be able to execute projects involving cross modules , take ownership & drive things

• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas
• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups
• Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition. Capacity planning, Forecast based planning, reorder based planning, consumption based and MRP types knowledge.
• Batch Management knowledge
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt, and Back flushing o Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
• integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and QM (Quality Management).
• Interface handling and design.
• Hand on experience in master data templates Badi and LSMW.
• Work experience in Form design and labels for PP-MM integrations
• Quality management, inspection types methods QM notifications.
• Vendor evaluation
• Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.
• Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.
• PP/PI Process Industries project implementations hands on experience.
• GMP Process handling and GMP Test scripts(UAT) Executions experience.
• CO-Products and By-products scenarios mapping.
• In depth knowledge in Bio-medical science process.
• S4 Certification will be added advantage
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like service now, solution Manager etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.
