Position: Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate-HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Pune Centre. Reporting to the HR Head (Jaipur) and working closely with the Pune Centre Head, you will drive key HR initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and HR compliance.

The role also involves partnering with business leaders, supporting employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives for Ensylon's client Global Capability Centre (GCC) while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Pune Centre.
• Drive onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Support learning & development, career progression, and HR reporting.
• Implement HR initiatives for the client's Global Capability Centre (GCC).

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Business Partnering.
• Willingness to work from the Ensylon Pune (Balewadi) office.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
