Job Description

Role Specifics - Day in the Life
Responsible for CashKaro's Design Language (on every platform) The core ownerships areas will be:

Design Consistency: Work with the team to create templates for different types of creative assets, and maintain the design language consistency at all times (creative assets include but not restricted to App Banners, Mailers, Landing Pages, Social Media Creatives, Performance Ads, etc)

Functionality: To make sure every creative asset meets its functional (readability, brand visibility, visual appeal, etc) and performance objectives (Engagement, Reach, Conversion, etc)

Quality Check: Maintain a close check on everyday creative assets on all platforms for quality assurance

2. Implement Design with Marketing Thinking

Conceptualise, oversee, and manage the overall design requirements across the company basis marketing objectives. From initial pitch to post, steer the thinking for the brand through all digital communication channels

2. Design Thinking - Landing Pages

Creating functional as well as visually appealing landing pages that cater to marketing objectives. CashKaro advertises several brands to its users, any landing page must showcase good reasoning through design and convince users to choose shopping a particular brand/product via CashKaro.

3. Team Management

The core ownerships areas will be:

Own building a robust team that delivers creative assets at the highest quality

Create processes that decrease the TAT and increase efficiency

Actively participate in the growth & upskilling of each individual in the team and instill team culture

Manage daily briefs from different marketing teams of the company

Create cross-department processes to help each team reach the highest efficiency & quality creative assets

4. Innovation
Help the brand evolve in its visual identity over the years, keeping in mind the mission & vision of the company. Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives. Bring new ways and formats of designs that will put CashKaro on a pedestal of great design amongst the Indian audience. (E.g.: 3D, GIFs, Interactive posts/ads, typography, interactive landing pages, etc)
