8+ years of experience in Data Networking, especially in the enterprise network environment
5+ years of experience in consulting, design, implementation and migration and transformation projects
Excellent hands-on experience on Data Networking technologies and products. Must be hands-on currently.
Experience working in large and multiple data center projects
CCNP
CCIE (R & S) Certified (preferred)
Technical Skills
Excellent hands-on experience on the following technologies:
- Routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
- LAN Switching VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS
- WAN MPLS, MPLS/VPN, MP-BGP
- TCP/IP protocol suite, Quality of Service
- Application protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc.
- Network Security - IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS, firewalls
- Data Center Architecture Network, Server, Storage
Excellent Hands-on Experience On The Following Products
- Cisco Catalyst 6500 and other Catalyst Series switches
- Cisco Nexus 7K/5K/2K Series of switches
- Cisco Routers 3800, 3900, 7600 Series
- Cisco IOS Software
- Wireless LAN technologies Cisco or Aruba

- To perform value addition activities (CIP and SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity. (2.) To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation and self-driven initiatives. (3.) To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT) (4.)
