Associate Finance Project Manager – Finance Transformation & Shared Services (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Support regional implementation of the global Finance Shared Services model and coordinate local project activities.
- Assist in planning, tracking and reporting of SSC integration, activity-split implementation and Finance transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs and status reports.
- Prepare project plans, project status updates, business case analyses and professional management presentations for project reviews and steering committees.
- Support business case preparation, benefits tracking and KPI reporting.
- Coordinate change management, communication and training activities.
- Support implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in cooperation with IT and business stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and best-practice implementation.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Shared Services, consulting or project-oriented environments.
- Basic project management experience and willingness to independently drive assigned workstreams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured working style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for project tracking, data analysis and business case preparation, and PowerPoint for developing structured, professional and management-ready presentations.
- Good communication and presentation skills in an international environment.
- Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R.
- Interest in Finance transformation, automation and process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
