Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Food & Beverage (F&B) role located in Kakinada. The successful candidate will assist with daily food and beverage operations, ensure high-quality service, manage customer inquiries, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness. The role involves collaboration with team members to ensure efficient food service and provide an excellent dining experience for guests, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Proficiency in Communication and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- Basic to intermediate Culinary Skills for preparing and presenting meals
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
- A degree or certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is advantageous
